摘　　要：目的 描述医学院校大学生心理健康状况的现状,分析抑郁症状与环境影响因素的相关性,并根据分析结果提出相应地解决方法,为促进大学生心理健康提供参考。方法 采用随机抽样的方式进行问卷调查昆明医科大学400名在校大学生,采用SDS抑郁症自评量表及自编问卷进行调查分析。结果在校大学生抑郁检出率为8.25%(数据统计包括轻、中、重度)。从男女性别、民族等因素上来比较统计,发生率与这些因素并无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是在生源地、不同的家庭结构因素,对该专业满意度等方面统计学具有差异(P<0.05)。结论 大学生抑郁症是目前影响大学生心理健康的主要问题必须提早预防与阻断,促进大学生群体的心理健康。Objective To describe the status quo of mental health of medical college students,analyze the correlation between depression symptoms and environmental factors,and propose corresponding solutions according to the analysis results,so as to provide reference for promoting mental health of college students.Methods 400 college students from Kunming Medical University were investigated by random sampling.SDS depression self-assessment scale and self-designed questionnaire were used for investigation and analysis.Results The depression rate of college students was 8.25% (data statistics included mild,moderate and severe).There was no correlation between the incidence rate and these factors (P>0.05).However,there were significant differences in the source of students,different family structure factors,and satisfaction with the major (P<0.05).Conclusion Depression of college students is the main problem that affects the mental health of college students at present.It must be prevented and blocked in advance to promote the mental health of college students.
