摘 要:在消防直流水枪内置入稳流器,稳流器沿轴向分为1~6段,相邻两段错位布置.对6种稳流器进行实验与数值模拟比对,研究不同入口压力和湍流强度条件下稳流器对水枪内流场流体力学性能的影响.结果表明:稳流器分段数量增加,流动阻力增加,进出口湍流动能差值减小;随着进口压力的提高,流动阻力和湍流动能差值均增加.对流体通过稳流器后横截面研究表明:稳流器分为2段的轴向速度大于1倍入口速度的面积最大,比不分段的面积增加了7.34%;分为5段的稳流器对降低水枪射流扩散有一定作用;分为3段的稳流器轴向涡量最低,有效降低涡旋强度.A current stabilizer was built into the fire-fighting DC water gun,which was divided into 1~6 sections along the axial direction,and the adjacent two sections were staggered.Six kinds of stabilizers were compared by experiment and numerical simulation in order to study the effect of stabilizer on the hydrodynamic performance of the flow field based on the inlet pressure and turbulence intensity.The results show that the flow resistance increases and the turbulent energy difference between inlet and outlet decreases with the increase of the number of segments.With the increase of inlet pressure,the difference of flow resistance and turbulent energy increases.The study of the flow regulator cross-section shows that the area with the axial velocity greater than 1 time of the inlet velocity is the largest,which is 7.34%larger than that of the non segmented one.The flow stabilizer divided into five sections can reduce the diffusion of water gun jet.That the axial vorticity of the three-stage stabilizer is the lowest,which can effectively reduce the vortex strength.
