摘 要:塔板压降是塔板流体力学性能的重要指标之一.分别利用计算流体力学中标准k-ε模型、RNG k-ε模型并结合有限体积法,在不同空塔气速下数值计算了风载荷作用下倾斜塔板的干板压降.将两种模型的数值模拟结果同冷模实验结果进行比较,结果表明:标准k-ε模型的计算结果与实验结果相差较大,RNG k-ε模型与实验结果更为吻和.利用RNG k-ε模型研究不同倾角塔板的干板压降,结果表明:塔板倾斜角度由0°增加至1°时,塔板压降增加较大,塔板阻力系数也增加较大.随着倾角的不断加大,阻力系数的增加有所减缓.The pressure drop of tray is one of the important indexes in the study of tray performance.Based on the standard k-ε and RNG k-ε model in computational fluid dynamics,combined with the finite volume method,the dry plate pressure drop of inclined tray under different air velocities was calculated.The numerical simulation results of the two models are compared with the experimental results of the cold model.The results of the standard k-ε model are quite different from the experimental results,and the RNG k-ε model is more consistent with the experimental results.The RNG k-ε model was used to study the pressure drop of the tray with different inclination angles.The results showed that the pressure drop and the resistance coefficient of the tray increased greatly when the tilt angle of the tray increased from 0 to 1 degree.With the increasing of the inclination angle,the increase of the resistance coefficient is slowed down.
