中医内证体察对体察气和经络的理论与实践研究

摘　　要：中医内证体察学是一门中医学与气功学相互交融的新兴学科,是中医学的重要组成部分。气和经络是中医理论的重要内容,文章首先对中医内证体察体察气和经络的理论进行了梳理,认为气和经络具有客观实在性,并简要列举了古代诸家和医家对气和经络的体察。其次,基于中医内证体察实践的调查问卷对体察气和经络进行了研究,发现手部气感和经络循行最易获得,上肢比下肢气感和经络循行更易获得,练功程度与体察气和经络具有相关性规律。因此,中医内证体察不仅能够验证中医气和经络理论的真实性,还能在古人气和经络体察的基础上,利用现代科学的技术与手段,进行更广泛和深入的实践,从而为中医理论的创新提供源源不断的实践动力。The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inward observation&examination is a newly-developing science integrated with Qigong and is a very important part of TCM.Qi and meridians are important contents of TCM theory.This paper first combs the theory of qi and meridians in the TCM inward observation&examination,and points out that qi and meridians have objective reality,and briefly lists the ancient scholars and doctors’observation of qi and meridians.Secondly,based on the questionnaire of the practice of the TCM inward observation&examination,this paper studies the body observation of qi and meridians,and it was found that qi sensation and meridians circulation of hands were easy to obtain,qi sensation and meridians circulation of upper limbs were easier to obtain than those of lower limbs,and there was a correlation between the degree of exercise and the observation of qi and meridians.Therefore,the TCM inward observation&examination can not only verify the authenticity of TCM qi and meridians theory,but also carry out more extensive and in-depth practice by using modern scientific technology and means on the basis of ancient popularity and meridian observation,so as to provide continuous practical power for the innovation of TCM theory.
