摘 要:目的:分析孕早期妇女的脉诊信息特征。方法:采集孕早期妇女的脉诊信息并与正常育龄期妇女对照进行分析。在对脉诊信息预处理后选取连续的多个周期的脉搏波作为研究对象,对各个周期进行12次谐波的最小二乘回归并建立数学模型,获取193个特征参数,根据上述参数对孕早期妇女的脉诊信息进行特征分析和分类判决,获得孕早期妇女脉诊信息的变化特征。结果:孕早期妇女的脉诊信息与正常育龄期妇女比较差异显著,判决准确率在70%~85%之间。孕早期脉诊信息变化的关键参数集中在左寸t1、左关w和右尺h1。结论:孕早期妇女的生理变化可以在桡动脉脉诊信息中得到体现,形成桡动脉脉诊信息改变的关键特征所在寸、关、尺部位与古代文献描述基本相符。Objective:To study the features in the pulse waves of women during early pregnancy.Methods:To collect the pulse waves of women during early pregnancy and compare them with normal women’s.We choosed continuous cycles waves with different period length and then do the LSQ regression by 12 harmonics fitting which were correspond with every cycle lengths to build mathematical model and extract 193 parameters after pretreatment,then did classification and identification to find the features of pregnant women’s pulse waves.Results:There were significant difference between pregnant women’s pulse waves and the normal women’s and the accurate was 70%~85%to identify,and the features distribute at different places in radial artery called zuocun t1,zuoguan w,and youchi h1 in pulse-diagnosis of TCM.Conclusion:Physiological changes of early pregnant women can embody in pulse waves we collected from the radial artery.The location of the key feature of radial artery pulse information change in cun,guan and chi consistent with the description of ancient literature.
