摘  要:目的:从粪便代谢组学角度探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)小鼠的发病机制。方法:将30只BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组和模型组,以卵蛋白腹腔注射进行致敏,局部鼻黏膜激发的方法建立BALB/c小鼠AR模型,收集小鼠的粪便,经肟化和衍生化后,运用GC-MS检测粪便中所含有的代谢物及其相对含量的变化。结果:AR小鼠的粪便中共鉴定出698种代谢产物,其中22种为具有显著性差异的代谢物(P<0.05),与之相关的是氨酰基-tRNA生物合成,缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸的生物合成,缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸降解,甘氨酸、丝氨酸和苏氨酸等代谢通路。结论:AR小鼠存在差异性代谢物,这些代谢物主要通过氨基酸及脂肪酸代谢对AR产生影响。Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis(AR)mice from the perspective of fecal metabolomics.Methods:Thirty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group and model group.The BALB/c mouse AR model was established by intraperitoneal injection of egg protein.The feces of BALB/c mice were collected.After derivatization,GC-MS was used to detect changes in metabolites contained in feces and their relative contents.Results:A total of 698 metabolites were identified in the feces of AR mice,of which 22 were significant differences in metabolites(P<0.05),and related to aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis,valine,leucine,isoleucine biosynthesis,valine,leucine and isoleucine degradation,glycine,serine and threonine and other metabolic pathways.Conclusion:There are differential metabolites in allergic rhinitis mice.These metabolites mainly affect allergic rhinitis through amino acid and fatty acid metabolism.
