摘  要:神秘果(Synsepalum Dulcificum)是一种可以改变人类味觉的神奇植物,可以在食用后的短时间内让再入口的酸味食物口感变甜,因此又名奇迹果(Miracle fruit)或梦幻果(Miracle berry)。神秘果原产于非洲西部,是国宝级的珍稀植物。目前在热带、亚热带地区均有少量分布。近期研究发现,神秘果的果肉、果皮、种子等众多部位均具有较高的营养价值,可作为潜在的保健和药用成分加以利用。为了更好地促进神秘果这一珍贵植物资源的开发和利用,本文对神秘果各部位功能性成分的现阶段研究进展逐一进行阐述。Synsepalum Dulcificum,is a magical plant that could change the taste of human beings.It also made the sour food tasted sweet in a short time after consumption.Thus,it is well known as Miracle Fruit or Miracle Berry.Synsepalum Dulcificum is native in West Africa and a rare plant of national treasure.At present,there is a small number of distributions in tropical and subtropical areas.Recent studies found that many parts of Synsepalum Dulcificum,such as pulp,peel and seeds,had high nutritional value and could be used as potential health and medicinal ingredients.To promote the development and utilization of this precious plant resource,this review expatiated on the research progress of the functional components of each part of Synsepalum Dulcificum.
