湿巾中污染菌的检测鉴定及污染防控措施研究

摘　　要：目的研究湿巾中污染菌种类及其防控措施。方法采用细菌分离鉴定和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对市售湿巾进行污染菌检测鉴定并观察不同消毒剂对污染菌的杀灭效果。结果以湿巾中分离的蜡样芽胞杆菌为指标菌,在清洁条件下,浓度为有效碘5000 mg/L的碘伏及酸性氧化电位水对其作用60 min,杀灭对数值均<5.0;用有效氯2000 mg/L含氯消毒剂和30 g/L过氧化氢消毒剂对蜡样芽孢杆菌芽孢作用30 min,杀灭对数值均>5.0;用浓度为50 mg/L二氧化氯对其作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.0。结论市售湿巾细菌污染严重,可考虑使用过氧化氢或二氧化氯对湿巾生产用水及储水器和管道进行消毒。Objective To study the types of contaminating bacteria in wet wipes and prevention and control measures.Methods Using bacterial isolation and identification and suspension quantitative bactericidal test,the commercially available wet wipes were tested and identified for contaminating bacteria,and the killing effects of different disinfectants on the contaminating bacteria were observed.Results The Bacillus cereus isolated from the wet wipes were used as the indicator bacteria.Under clean conditions,the effective iodine concentration of 5000 mg/L of iodophor and acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water were used to disinfect Bacillus cereus spores for 60 min,and the killing logarithm values were all<5.0.The effective chlorine of 2000 mg/L of chlorine-containing disinfectant and 30 g/L of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant were used to treat Bacillus cereus spores for 30 min,and the killing logarithm values were all>5.0.Using 50 mg/L of chlorine dioxide to treat Bacillus cereus spores for 5 min,the killing logarithm values were all>5.0.Conclusion The bacterial contamination of commercially available wet wipes is serious.Hydrogen peroxide or chlorine dioxide could be used to disinfect the production water supply,water reservoirs and pipelines of wet wipes.
