新时期高校党外知识分子思想引领路径探究

摘　　要：做好党外知识分子思想引领是高校统一战线的基础性、战略性工作。文章通过对新时期党外知识分子的思想状况分析,研究了影响党外知识分子作用发挥的内外因素,提出了党外知识分子思想引领须遵守的基本原则,探讨了加强新时期党外知识分子思想引领的主要路径:高位推动,完善领导机制;加强学习,凝聚共识;分类施策,积极引导;树立网络思维,创新载体;以人为本,人文关怀。The ideological leading for the non-party intellectuals is a fundamental and strategic system of the united front work in colleges and universities.This paper made an analysis of non-party intellectuals in the new era to study the internal and external factors affecting the non-party intellectuals’role playing.It also put forward the basic principles of ideological leading for the non-party intellectuals and discussed the main leading paths in the new era including highly promoting,perfecting the leadership,keeping learning and reaching consensus,adopting measures according to different categories and giving positive guidance,setting up the network thinking way and innovating platforms and people-centered.
