摘 要:垂直起降飞机无须滑跑即可垂直起飞且能在空中悬停。根据这一特性,可在设计其起落架时,采用其他模块来代替传统的轮胎设计。因此,可以赋予起落架除了起降功能外更多的功能,使飞机能执行更多特定任务。本文以倾转旋翼机的起落架为研究对象,主要侧重于实现抓取货物功能的起落架开发设计,首先介绍倾转旋翼机的概念和其特点,并且从起落架外形、起落架的总体布局、动力装置对其进行分析。本文结合了现有的理论成果,利用了3DMAX软件,模拟设计了一款适用于垂直起降飞机且能实现抓取功能的特种起落架。并用AMESim模拟软件模拟垂直收放时液压机作动筒的收放运动过程。Vertical take-off and landing aircraft can take off vertically without sliding and hover in the air.According to this characteristic,when designing its undercarriage,new modules can be used instead of the traditional tire design.Therefore,the undercarriage can be designed to have more functions than the take-off and landing,enabling the aircraft to perform more specific tasks.This paper takes the undercarriage of tilt-rotor aircraft as the research object,and mainly focuses on the design of the undercarriage that can grab the cargo.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of the tilt-rotor aircraft are introduced,and it is also analyzed the undercarriage on the appearance,overall layout,and its power plant.In this paper,combining the existing theoretical results,3DMAX software is used to simulate the design of a new kind of undercarriage.It will be suitable for vertical take-off landing aircraft,and it is capable of grasping.And,AMESim software is used to simulate the working process of the hydraulic system.
