摘　　要：目前1+X证书制度已经在各职业院校进行了试点和实施。以软件技术专业人才培养的目标需求,将专业教学和技能培训的融合,运用技能证书培训作为基础,通过Web前端开发证书的培训来重构技能型人才培养模式,对专业课程体系进行重构、突出专业核心课程的技能培养,以顶岗实习来检验证书培训的最终效果。构建基于教学所需和证书培训的实训条件,最终实现专业教学与技能培训的一体化。Nowadays,1+X certificate system has been piloted and implemented in various vocational colleges.Based on the requirements for cultivating talents of software technology,this paper integrates professional teaching with skill training,reconstructs cultivating modes of skill-based talents in terms of training about Web front-end development certificate.And then the paper reconstructs the professional curriculum system and highlight skill training of professional core courses,which verifies final effects of certificate training by means of internships.At the same time,the paper constructs practical training conditions based on teaching requirements and certificate training,which realizes the integration of professional teaching and skill training in the end.
