硒酵母联合康复新液防治鼻咽癌同步放化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析硒酵母联合康复新液防治鼻咽癌同步放化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的价值。方法选取60例鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者,随机数字表法分为硒酵母组和常规治疗组各30例,观察两组患者口腔黏膜炎出现时间、各级口腔黏膜炎发生率、疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间和近期临床疗效评价。结果硒酵母组口腔黏膜炎平均出现时间晚于常规治疗组[(13.1±3.2)d vs(11.7±3.1)d,P=0.045]。硒酵母组的口腔黏膜炎严重程度低于常规治疗组(≥3级口腔粘膜炎的发生率:16.6%vs 40.0%,P=0.048)。硒酵母组疼痛程度低于常规治疗组(≥2级疼痛程度发生率:33.3%vs 60.0%,P=0.041)。硒酵母组疼痛缓解时间短于常规治疗组[(8.4±3.9)d vs(10.3±4.3)d,P=0.039]。近期临床疗效方面,硒酵母组和常规治疗组完全缓解率分别为66.7%(20/30)和56.7%(17/30),差异无统计学意义(P=0.406)。结论硒酵母联合康复新液对鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗所致的口黏膜炎有一定的防治作用,能减轻患者治疗的痛苦并提高患者治疗的耐受性和生活质量,不影响患者近期放化疗疗效。Objective To analyze the value of selenium yeast combined with Kangfuxin solution in the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis induced by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly assigned into the selenium yeast group(n=30)and routine treatment group(n=30)by a random number table.The occurrence time of oral mucositis,the grade of oral mucositis,the degree of pain,the pain relief time and the short-term clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results The occurrence time of oral mucositis in the selenium yeast group was later than that in the routine treatment group[(13.1±3.2)d vs(11.7±3.1)d,P=0.045],and the incidence rate of oral mucositis grade≥3 in the selenium yeast group was lower than that in the routine treatment group(16.6%vs 40.0%,P=0.048).The incidence rate of pain≥grade 2 in the selenium yeast group was lower than that in the routine treatment group(33.4%vs 60.0%,P=0.041),and the pain relief time of the selenium yeast group was shorter than that in the routine treatment group[(8.4±3.9)d vs(10.3±4.3)d,P=0.039].The complete remission rate in the selenium yeast group was 66.7%(20/30),which was higher than that in the routine treatment group(56.7%,17/30),but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.406).Conclusions Selenium yeast combined with Kangfuxin solution has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on oral mucositis caused by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.It can alleviate the pain of treatment,improve the tolerance and quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and has no effect on the short-term curative effect.
