“立体定位”内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗48例单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨“立体定位”内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年12月-2019年12月于我院眼科接受治疗的48例单睑伴内眦赘皮患者临床资料,将采用Z-成形术联合重睑成形术治疗的患者归为对照组(26例),将采用“立体定位”内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗的患者归为观察组(22例)。对比两组术后6个月临床疗效与术前、术后6个月内眦间距(ICD)与瘢痕严重程度以及围术期并发症发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前ICD与温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月,两组ICD与VSS评分均较术前下降,且观察组下降幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单睑伴内眦赘皮患者采用“立体定位”内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗效果良好,可降低ICD,术后瘢痕程度较轻且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of"Stereotactic"epicanthoplasty combined with blepharoplasty in the treatment of patients with single eyelid and epicanthus.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with single eyelid and epicanthus treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients treated with Z-plasty combined with blepharoplasty were divided into control group(26 cases),and patients treated with"Stereotactic"epicanthoplasty combined with blepharoplasty were divided into observation group(22 cases).The clinical efficacy,ICD,scar severity and perioperative complications were compared between the two groups at 6 months after operation.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the score of scale,Vancouver scar scale(P>0.05).At 6 months after operation,ICD and VSS scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before operation,and the decrease range of the observation group was larger,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Stereotactic"epicanthoplasty combined with blepharoplasty is effective in the treatment of single eyelid with epicanthus,which can reduce ICD,reduce the degree of postoperative scar and the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
