摘　　要：目的观察实施正畸治疗后,前牙开[牙合]患者牙牙合颅面结构因此发生的变化。方法:以2018年1月~2020年3月52例接受正畸治疗的前牙开[牙合]患者,患者中,拔出双尖牙38例,第三磨牙拔除或先天缺失14例,治疗前后,检测头颅侧位片,分析头影测量结果。结果:经过治疗,患者上下牙内收变化和直立变化明显可见。下颌牙槽骨出现高度伸长,双尖牙拔除与双尖牙不拔除二者未见显著差异。经分析显示,对覆[牙合]变化产生重要影响的因素为上切牙角度和下牙槽骨高度。结论:实施正畸手术后,患者出现前牙直立,以及牙槽骨高度发生伸长,会影响前牙覆[牙合]关系。Objective analysis of patients with anterior tooth k caused by orthodontic treatment teeth occlusal craniofacial structure.Methods From January 2018 to March 2020,52 orthodontic patients with open anterior teeth occlusions were selected.Among these patients,38 patients had their bicuspid teeth extracted,and 14 patients had their third molars removed or third molars with congenital absence.Lateral cranial imaging examination was performed before and after treatment,and the results of cephalometric measurement were analyzed.Results After treatment,the changes of adduction and orthodontia of upper and lower teeth were obvious.No significant changes were observed between the mandibular alveolar bone height elongation,bicuspid extraction and bicuspid extraction.Through analysis of overburden occlusions change is important influence factors on the Angle of the incisor and the height of alveolar bone.Conclusion after orthodontic surgery,patients with anterior tooth vertical happened,the height of alveolar bone elongation occurs,will affect the front teeth occlusal relationship.
