数字化微笑设计对前牙瓷贴面美学修复影响

摘　　要：目的分析数字化微笑设计在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中的应用及其修复效果。方法选择我院牙科2019年1月至12月收治的100例行前牙瓷贴面美学修复的患者,分为两组--对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用传统前牙瓷贴面美学修复,观察组经数字化微笑设计指导进行美学前牙瓷贴面美学修复。比较两组修复效果、佩戴不良反应以及美学满意度。结果在完整度、边缘变色、边缘密合性A、B、C级占比方面,观察组A级占比高于对照组,B级占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。在舒适度、颜色匹配度、外形各美学满意度方面,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在佩戴不良反应发生率方面,观察组8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论数字化微笑设计应用在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中效果明显,可提升修复的效果和美学满意度,安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To analyze the application of digital smile design in aesthetic restoration of porcelain veneers on front teeth and its effect.Methods Choose the hospital dental from Jan.to Dec.2019,100 patients with routine dental porcelain cover before aesthetic repair,divided into two groups,control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group adopted traditional porcelain veneer aesthetic restoration for the front teeth,while the observation group received aesthetic porcelain veneer aesthetic restoration under the guidance of digital smile design.The repair effect,adverse reaction and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of integrity,edge discoloration,and the proportion of grade A,B,and C of edge closeness,the proportion of Grade A in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of grade B was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of comfort degree,color matching degree and aesthetic satisfaction of appearance,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of wear incidence of adverse reactions,observation group 8.00%,less than 24.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital smile design in aesthetic restoration of porcelain veneers on front teeth has obvious effect,can improve the effect of restoration and aesthetic satisfaction,high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
