下颌骨颏部骨折合并双侧髁状突矢状骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨下颌骨颏部骨折合并双侧髁状突矢状骨折的临床特点与治疗方法。方法回顾分析31例患者的临床资料。颏部骨折均采用切开复位内固定;髁状突矢状骨折根据骨折的不同类型,采用手术或保守治疗。随访6个月以上,观察治疗效果。结果31例患者颏部骨折均获得良好的解剖复位及愈合,髁状突矢状骨折根据骨折类型选择手术治疗或保守治疗效果均较理想,未出现严重并发症,部分患者仅有轻度功能障碍。结论颏部骨折应行坚固内固定以恢复下颌弓形态,髁状突矢状骨折应根据骨折分类选择手术或保守治疗,可获得较好临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and reasonable treatment of Mandibular genual fracture combined with bilateral sagittal condylar fracture..Method The clinical data of 31 patients were analyzed retrospectively.All symphyseal fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,sagittal condylar fractures are treated surgically or conservatively depending on the type of fracture.Follow-up of more than 6 months,to observe the effect of treatment.Result All the 31 patients had good anatomic reduction and healing of the symphyseal fracture.According to the type of fracture,surgical treatment or conservative treatment of condylar sagittal fracture is ideal,without serious complications,and some patients have only mild dysfunction.Conclusion Symphyseal fractures should be firmly fixed to restore the mandibular arch.Sagittal condylar fractures should be treated surgically or conservatively according to the classification of the fracture.Good results can be achieved with the above treatment.
