市政排水隧道管片环宽、分块形式及螺栓数设计研究--以天津市政排水盾构隧道工程为例

摘　　要：为完善盾构隧道管片主要结构参数的设计研究方法,结合天津市政排水盾构管片设计的研究过程,对不同管片环宽、分块形式及螺栓数进行组合,通过对楔形量计算、合理拼装点位确定、理论排版拟合、施工能力分析、施工效率、防水性能及管片整体刚度等方面进行综合比选,最终确定管片合理的环宽、分块形式及螺栓数;同时,为类似工程盾构管片设计提供可借鉴的经验和方法。主要结论如下:1)针对本工程特点,选择1.2 m环宽、5分块、13组螺栓组合形式的管片相对较合理;2)管片主要结构参数设计时,应根据工程特点及实际使用功能需求,进行必要的理论计算分析来确定管片的相关参数,并结合现状调研、工程类比及相关工程经验综合确定;3)管片环宽设计应结合曲线半径情况和隧道姿态控制的施工风险综合确定;4)针对小直径盾构管片主要设计参数的相关研究还比较少,需结合具体工程项目进行相关的理论研究。The different combinations of segment ring width,segment partition and bolt number are studied for Tianjin municipal drainage shield tunnel,and comprehensive comparison is made in terms of wedge quantity calculation,rational assembly point determination,theoretical layout fitting,construction capacity analysis,construction efficiency,waterproof performance,segment overall stiffness,etc.,so as to finally determine the rational segment ring width,segment partition and bolt number.Some main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of this project,it is relatively rational to choose ring width of 1.2 m,segment partition of 5 blocks and bolt number of 13 groups.(2)When designing the main structural parameters of the segment,necessary theoretical calculation and analysis should be carried out according to the engineering characteristics and actual functional requirements to determine relevant segment parameters,and as well,current investigation,engineering analogy and relevant engineering experience should be considered.(3)The segment ring width should be determined comprehensively according to the tunnel curve radius and the construction risk of tunnel attitude control.(4)Relevant theoretical studies should be carried out on the parameter design of small-diameter shield segment.
