摘　　要：油脂工厂每年都在进行节能降耗的技术改造,引进新技术和设备。但是一些人认为现有的工艺和设备已经达到国际水平,不愿意多投入。我们收集国外油脂先进工艺技术和设备以及国内外行业新工艺技术,分析未来的油脂行业市场动态和对油脂工程的要求,建议油脂工程公司要关注市场变化、不断学习新技术,才能承担新建油脂工程,满足未来市场产品质量需求。The evergy saving and introduces consumption reduction have been techincal improved in the oils and fats factory every year,and the new technology and equipment.But some people satisfy the present situation that our processing and equipment have been reach the world advanced level and not want to more invest.We collect imformation that forgein adanced technology and equipment as well as some new technology from domestic external industry,and the trend of development in the the oils and fats factory and the requirement for the oils and fats project are analysed.The oil engineering company take more focus the maiket change and continual study new technology are adviced to bear construct new oils project and satisfy the product quality requirement in the maket in the near future.
