摘　　要：在推进健康中国战略进程中,卫生健康事业呈现出不同以往的发展态势,医学职业伦理建设应当对此做出回应。重构新时代我国医德规范体系应坚持和谐的价值导向,批判继承中华传统医德思想与规范,学习借鉴西方优秀医德思想与规范,把社会主义核心价值观充分贯彻到医德原则、基本医德规范、行为准则之中。医德规范体系的重构应由具有独立性、中立性和专门性特点的“医德规范建设委员会”进行。In the efforts to advance the"Healthy China"Strategy,health service has shown new trends in its development,to which the construction of medical professional ethics should respond.The reconstruction of medical ethics system in the new era should be harmony-oriented,critically inherit the traditional Chinese medical ethics and norms and learn from those excellent ones of the west,and fully implement the core values of socialism into the principles,basic standards and code of conduct of medical ethics.The work should be undertaken by a medical ethics construction committee that is independent,neutral and professional.
