复方丹参滴丸对乳腺癌术后化疗患者抗氧化能力及心脏保护作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方丹参滴丸对乳腺癌术后化疗患者抗氧化能力及心脏保护作用。方法选取在医院(2015年2月—2018年12月)进行手术后化疗的乳腺癌患者110例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予CAF方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组心电异常发生率为27.27%(15/55),对照组为61.82%(34/55),观察组患者心电异常发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I (cTnI)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后SOD、LVEF水平高于对照组,MDA、CK-MB、cTnI水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者整体Karnofsky(KPS)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸应用于乳腺癌术后化疗的患者可提高机体抗氧化能力,保护心功能,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the antioxidation and cardioprotective effects of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Dropping Pills on postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 110 patients with breast cancer who underwent postoperative chemotherapy in hospital(February 2015 to December 2018) were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was given CAF regimen and the observation group was treated with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Dropping Pill on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed. Results The incidence of abnormal ECG was 27.27%(15/55) in the observation group and 61.82%(34/55) in the control group. The incidence of abnormal ECG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponin I(cTnI) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) between two groups had no significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of MDA,CK-MB and cTnI in the observation group Were lower than those of the control group. The overall Karnofsky(KPS) score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Dropping Pills can improve anti-oxidation ability, protect heart function and improve quality of life in patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer.
