血清TK1水平在结直肠癌术后复发中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析在结直肠癌术后复发中血清TK1水平的临床诊断价值。方法2019年1月—2020年3月共收集到配合该研究的结直肠癌术后复发患者47例设为观察组,另选同时期45例结直肠癌术后未复发患者作为对照组,采集患者的新鲜外周血,立即离心,分离血清,收集血清,使用酶联免疫分析法对血清TK1、CEA、CA-199水平进行检测,对两组术前和术后的血清TK1、CEA、CA-199水平进行对比。结果术前两组血清TK1、CEA、CA-199水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组血清TK1(8.35±2.53)pmol/L、CEA(31.08±4.52)ng/mL、CA-199(36.07±8.43)U/L水平比对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=19.823、31.774、20.205,P<0.05)。结论TK1与细胞增殖有关,它能够及时提示体内癌前病变是否已出现恶性进展。体内TK1水平与细胞增殖速度、DNA合成速度呈直接正相关,因此当细胞出现癌变,细胞内容物外溢,导致TK1水平增高。因此血清TK1水平对判断是否存在术后有重要的诊断价值。Objective Analyze the clinical diagnostic value of serum TK1 level in postoperative recurrence of colorectal cancer.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,a total of 47 patients with postoperative recurrence of colorectal cancer were collected as the observation group,and 45 patients with postoperative recurrence of colorectal cancer at the same time were selected as the control group.Fresh peripheral blood of patients was collected,centrifuged immediately,serum was separated,and serum was collected.The levels of TK1,CEA and CA-199 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Results There was no statistically significantly difference in serum TK1,CEA,CA-199 levels between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),and the postoperative observation group serum TK1(8.35±2.53)pmol/L,CEA(31.08±4.52)ng/mL,CA-199(36.07±8.43)U/L level was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.823,31.774,20.205,P<0.05).Conclusion TK1 is related to cell proliferation,which can prompt whether the precancerous lesions in vivo have malignant progression in time.TK1 level in vivo is directly and positively correlated with cell proliferation rate and DNA synthesis rate.Therefore,when cells become cancerous,the contents of cells overflow,resulting in an increase in TK1 level.Therefore,serum TK1 level has important diagnostic value for judging whether there is postoperative.
