恶性肿瘤放射治疗患者的心理状况分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对恶性肿瘤患者放疗效果的影响,消除患者在放射治疗时的心理问题,使其顺利接受治疗,从而提高疗效。方法对156例放疗患者发放问卷,总结分析其心理问题。随后采用随机数字表法分为试验组(93例)及对照组(63例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上接受有预见性的、针对性的心理护理和症状护理。结果通过护理干预后试验组与对照组相比,其焦虑、抑郁程度减轻,情绪明显好转,对放疗的依从性明显提高,顺利配合完成治疗计划(P<0.05)。结论探讨放疗患者的心理问题与护理干预,对提高放疗疗效有重要意义。Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing on radiotherapy effect of malignant tumor patients,to eliminate the psychological problems of patients in radiotherapy,so that they can receive treatment smoothly,improve the curative effect.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to 156 patients with radiotherapy,and their psychological problems were summarized and analyzed.Subsequently,the patients were divided into the experimental group(93 cases) and the control group(63 cases) by using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received predictive targeted psychological nursing and symptom nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the anxiety and depression degree of the experimental group was reduced,the mood was significantly improved,the compliance to radiotherapy was significantly improved,and the treatment plan was successfully completed(all P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to discuss the psychological problems and nursing intervention of radiotherapy patients to improve the curative effect of radiotherapy.
