摘　　要：“现代食品检测技术”是食品类专业课程培养体系中一门极具特色且实践性很强的专业课,随着食品检测技术发展日新月异,新的教育理念及现代教学手段和方式的不断发展,需要在教学过程中不断改革和创新,培养出适应时代需求的高素质综合性人才。Modern Food Detection Technology is a highly characteristic and practical professional course in the food professional curriculum training system.With the rapid development of food detection technology,and the continuous development of new educational concepts and modern teaching methods,it is necessary to reform and innovate constantly in the teaching process to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents to meet the needs of the times.
