少儿心理行为异常机制与少儿推拿调理

摘　　要：少儿心理行为异常是少年儿童在成长发育过程中较常见的疾病,近些年有逐渐增多的趋势。少儿心理行为异常如果不能及时得到干预调理,将给家庭、社会带来严重后果。因此,少儿的心理行为异常越来越受到社会的关注。目前,少儿心理行为异常的治疗一般多采用心理引导联合行为矫正或者服用精神科药物来治疗,而精神科药物对少儿的身心生长发育会带来一定的影响。从西医和中医对少儿心理行为异常发病机理的不同认识加以分析,以儿童多动症(注意缺陷障碍)为例,探讨少儿推拿在少儿心理行为异常调理中的应用。Psychological and behavioral disorder of children is a common disease during childrens growth and development,and cases of these disorders are increasing in recent years.If the abnormality cannot be treated in a timely manner,it may result in serious consequences to the family and society.Therefore,it has received more and more attention in societies.The current treatment is more focused on psychotherapy in conjunction with behavior therapy or psychoactive drugs.However,psychoactive drugs may negatively impact a childs growth and development.Western and Chinese medicine have differing views regarding the mechanism of development of psychological and behavioral abnormalities in children.This paper used the attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in childhood as an example to study the efficacy of Tuina for children in the treatment of ADHD.
