摘　　要：目的探讨培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果及对CYFRA21-1、 CA125、 CEA的影响。方法将64例晚期肺腺癌患者随机分为实验组与对照组各32例,对照组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,实验组采用培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及血清指标。结果实验组治疗总有效率为40.63%,与对照组的31.25%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清CYFRA21-1、 CA125、 CEA水平均低于治疗前,实验组的血清CYFRA21-1、 CA125、 CEA水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果满意,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma and the influence on serum CYFRA21-1,CA125 and CEA.Methods 64 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,and the experimental group was treated with pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin.The treatment effect and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 40.63%,which had no statistical difference with 31.25%in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum CYFRA21-1,CA125 and CEA levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum CYFRA21-1,CA125 and CEA levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma has satisfactory effect,which is worthy of promotion.
