摘　　要：以ASP.NET(C#)为web框架,Visual Studio为开发工具集,应用Unity3d建立虚拟性病实验室。结合《性病实验室管理工作规范》与《临床微生物学检验》性病部分教学目标,用于临床检验专业的实验课教学、实习期虚拟操作与学生互动交流等方面。Appling unity3d to establish virtual sexually transmitted diseases(STD)laboratory with ASP.NET(C#)as web framework and visual studio as development tool set,and combining with the teaching objective of venereal diseases in"STD laboratory management standard"and"clinical microorganism laboratory",the virtual STD laboratory was used in clinical laboratory teaching,virtual operation during the internship,and interactive communication with students.
