摘　　要：顶岗实习是当前高职院校实践教学的重要形式,文章简述目标管理的内涵及特点,针对目标管理视角下高职学生顶岗实习存在的问题,提出相应的优化策略。要注重以科学化的体系和制度促进顶岗实习有序进行,注重建立校企合作协调机制,强化实习学生的思想教育,建立健全顶岗实习质量监控体系,并构建科学可行的多元化考核标准。Post practice is an important form of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.This paper briefly describes the connotation and characteristics of target management,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for the problems existing in post internship of higher vocational students from the perspective of target management.We should pay attention to the scientific system and system to promote the orderly implementation of post internship,pay attention to the establishment of school enterprise cooperation and coordination mechanism,strengthen the ideological education of internship students,establish and improve the quality monitoring system of post internship,and construct scientific and feasible diversified assessment standards.
