摘  要:目的讨论临床微生物检验分析后实验室质量管理方法和效果。方法将2017年1月—2018年1月期间该院微生物检验中实施常规质量管理,将其设定为对照组,将2018年2月—2019年2月期间该院微生物检验中实施实验室质量管理作为实验组,观察两组实验室人员对于微生物检验知识掌握程度和微生物检验抽查符合率。结果实验组实验室人员对于微生物实验室的相关知识掌握率明显要高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组抽查的100份实验标本中均符合病情,符合率为100%,对照组抽查的100份实验标本中有96份符合病情,符合率为96%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.082,P<0.05)。结论在临床微生物检验分析后实施实验室质量管理,可有效提升实验室工作人员的相关检验知识,提升检验准确率,应用效果良好。Objective To discuss the methods and effects of laboratory quality management after clinical microbiological testing and analysis.Methods Implement routine quality management in the hospital's microbiological inspection from January 2017 to January 2018,set as a control group,the implementation of laboratory quality management in microbiological testing in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 was used as the experimental group to observe the degree of knowledge of microbiological testing and the coincidence rate of microbiological testing by the two groups of laboratory staff.Results The laboratory staff of the experimental group had a significantly higher grasp of relevant knowledge of the microbiology laboratory than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group was in line with the condition of the 100 experimental specimens randomly checked,the coincidence rate was 100%,96 of the 100 experimental specimens in the control group were in accordance with the condition,the coincidence rate was 96%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.082,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of laboratory quality management after clinical microbiological inspection and analysis can effectively improve the relevant inspection knowledge of laboratory staff and improve the accuracy of inspection.The application effect is good.
