摘 要:目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中赖氨酸羟化酶2(PLOD2)表达情况及与病情程度的相关性分析。方法方便选择2017年8月—2019年11月的47例骨肉瘤患者进行研究,术中分别取骨肉瘤组织及其相应癌旁正常组织,对PLOD2表达情况进行检测,并对其与病情程度的关系进行分析。结果 PLOD2在骨肉瘤组织中的阳性表达率为72.34%,在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为6.38%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=42.833,P<0.05);不同Enneking分期患者PLOD2表达显示,Ⅰ~ⅡA期的阳性表达率为52.63%,与ⅡB~Ⅲ期85.71%比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.191,P<0.05);骨肉瘤细胞淋巴结转移患者PLOD2表达阳性率为92.86%,软组织浸润患者阳性表达率为75.86%,与未转移、未发生软组织浸润比较有明显,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.426、10.505,P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析显示,PLOD2与骨肉瘤分期及是否远处转移、软组织浸润呈正相关性(r=0.698、0.663、0.711, P<0.05)。结论 PLOD2在骨肉瘤组织中呈高表达,其阳性表达与骨肉瘤分期及转移、软组织浸润呈正相关性,可作为临床判断病情进展的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of lysine hydroxylase 2(PLOD2)in osteosarcoma tissue and to analyze its correlation with disease severity.Methods 47 patients with osteosarcoma from August 2017 to November 2019 were selected for research.During the operation,osteosarcoma tissue and normal adjacent tissues were taken to detect the expression of PLOD2,and the relationship between PLOD2 and disease severity was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of PLOD2 in osteosarcoma tissue was 72.34%,and the positive expression rate in normal tissues adjacent to cancer was 6.38%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=42.833,P<0.05);the expression of PLOD2 in patients with different Enneking stages showed that the positive expression rate of stageⅠ~ⅡA was 52.63%,which was significantly different from 85.71%of stageⅡB~Ⅲ(χ2=6.191,P<0.05);the positive rate of PLOD2 expression in patients with osteosarcoma cell metastasis was 92.86%,and the positive expression rate in patients with soft tissue infiltration was 75.86%,which was significantly different from those without metastasis and soft tissue infiltration(χ2=6.426,10.505,P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that PLOD2 were positively correlated with osteosarcoma stage and distant metastasis and soft tissue infiltration(r=0.698,0.663,0.711,P<0.05).Conclusion PLOD2 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma tissues,and its positive expression is positively correlated with osteosarcoma staging and metastasis,and soft tissue infiltration,which can be used as a clinical indicator to judge disease progression and prognosis.
