耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中组合式教学法的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中组合式教学法的应用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2020年1月的64名耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学生,实施组合式教学法的32名为综合组,实施常规教学的32名为常规组,观察两组考核成绩及学生满意度。结果综合组学生实践成绩(92.76±4.13)分、理论成绩(93.15±4.26)分高于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.557、4.893,P<0.05)。综合组对授课方式(89.76±4.15)分、互动情况(87.43±4.32)分、学习兴趣(89.51±4.37)分、课堂氛围的满意度评分(90.18±4.33)分高于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.704、7.369、8.198、8.018,P<0.05)。结论将组合式教学法应用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中,能促进学生成绩及教学满意度的提升,利于加深学生对耳鼻喉头颈外科知识的了解。Objective To study the effect of combined teaching method in the teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods 64 cases of otolaryngology head and neck surgery students enrolled in September 2019 to January 2020 were selected.32 cases who implemented combined teaching method were selected as the comprehensive group,and 32 cases who performed conventional teaching were regarded as the conventional group.Observe the assessment results and students'satisfaction of the two groups.Results The practice scores(92.76±4.13)points and theoretical scores(93.15±4.26)points of the students in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=6.557,4.893,P<0.05).The comprehensive group’s satisfaction scores on teaching methods(89.76±4.15)points,interaction(87.43±4.32)points,learning interest(89.51±4.37)points,and classroom atmosphere(90.18±4.33)points,higher than those of the conventional group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(t=8.704,7.369,8.198,8.018,P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the combined teaching method to the teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery can promote the improvement of students'performance and teaching satisfaction,and will help students to deepen their understanding of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
