阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性脑梗死治疗中实施阿替普酶静脉溶栓与依达拉奉联合方案治疗的效果。方法 98例急性脑梗死患者,按照抽签方式分为联合组和对照组,各49例。联合组实施阿替普酶静脉溶栓与依达拉奉联合方案治疗,对照组实施阿替普酶静脉溶栓方案治疗。比较两组治疗效果、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、日常生活能力及神经功能评分。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率95.92%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者的美国国立卫生卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(5.25±1.27)分低于对照组的(8.90±1.39)分, Barthel指数评分(82.65±4.86)分高于对照组的(74.29±4.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死治疗中实施阿替普酶静脉溶栓与依达拉奉联合方案获得理想的效果,适合大范围推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into combination group and control group according to lottery method,with 49 cases in each group.The combination group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with edaravone,and the control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis.The therapeutic effect,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),activities of daily living and neurological function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.92%of the combination group was higher than 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score(5.25±1.27)points of the combination group was lower than(8.90±1.39)points of the control group,and Barthel index score(82.65±4.86)points was higher than(74.29±4.85)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with edaravone shows ideal effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
