多潘立酮联合消化酶片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果和对消化功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察多潘立酮联合消化酶片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果和对消化功能的影响。方法 100例功能性消化不良患者,通过随机表数字法分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组治疗药物均为消化酶片,实验组在对照组治疗基础上再采用多潘立酮治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率94.00%低于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.122, P=0.727>0.05)。结论在功能性消化不良患者的临床治疗中,多潘立酮联合消化酶片治疗可为患者带来良好的治疗效果以及治疗安全性,不良反应较少,对患者消化功能恢复具有积极意义,建议推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of domperidone combined with digestive enzyme tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and its influence on digestive function.Methods A total of 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with digestive enzyme tablets,and the experimental group was treated with domperidone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 94.00%of the experimental group was lower than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.122,P=0.727>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia,domperidone combined with digestive enzyme tablets has good treatment effect and treatment safety for patients with less adverse reactions,which has positive significance for the recovery of digestive function of patients,and is recommended to be popularized.
