摘  要:针对电动汽车辅助动力系统的性能要求,给出一种电动汽车辅助动力系统双向DC/DC变换器。将两相交错式双向半桥电路作为双向DC/DC变换器的主拓扑,提升了变换器的功率等级,减小了总电感电流纹波。对变换器的Boost模式和Buck模式分别进行了小信号建模,并应用双闭环的控制方式对变换器进行了环路补偿,补偿结果表明变换器具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能。在双向DC/DC变换器上使用了不对称软开关技术,减小了开关损耗,优化了变换器的整体性能。研制了一台600 W的实验样机,分别测试了两种模式下DC/DC变换器的各项性能指标。实验结果表明,所设计的变换器满足效率和输出电压纹波率等各项设计指标要求,从而进一步证实了所提控制方法的有效性以及所选变换器拓扑与参数的合理性和正确性。Aiming at performance requirements of electric vehicle auxiliary power system,a bidirectional DC/DC converter for electric vehicle auxiliary power system was presented.The two-phase interleaved bidirectional half-bridge circuit was used as the main topology of the bidirectional DC/DC converter,which improves the power level of the converter and reduces the total inductor current ripple.The boost mode and the buck mode of the converter were modeled by small signals,and the double closed-loop control method was used to compensate the converter.The compensation results show that the converter has good dynamic performance and steady-state performance.The asymmetric soft switching technology was used on the bidirectional DC/DC converter,which reduces the switching loss and optimizes the overall performance of the converter.A 600 W experimental prototype was developed to test the performance indicators of the DC/DC converter in the two modes.The experimental results show that the designed converter meets the requirements of various design indexes such as efficiency and output voltage ripple rate,which further confirms effectiveness of the proposed control method and the rationality and correctness of the selected converter topology and parameters.
