催眠治疗男性心因性ED探索的6例个案报道

摘　　要：目的研究催眠治疗心因性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月上海市闵行区中心医院(复旦大学附属闵行医院)诊治的28例心因性性功能障碍患者,最终纳入6例愿意接受催眠治疗的心因性ED患者作为研究对象。通过病史询问结合辅助检查筛选出心因性ED,围绕个案成长中的性心理发展过程、家庭社会影响因素、个性特征、面对挫折应对方式,利用催眠等心理学技巧绕过个案的防御机制,与个案潜意识连接,让个案看见自己的性能力,同时在催眠师正性的暗示中松动个案的偏执固有信念,让意识行为发生变化,以达到满意的治疗效果。结果6例中4例疗效满意,1例催眠治疗中断,但最终起效,1例无效,但无效案例行为模式发生改变。结论催眠认知行为治疗在心因性ED的治疗中有良好的效果,配合性知识、性心理及规范化诊疗的权威暗示对个案恢复信心、诱发勃起完成性生活有重要的作用,是一种值得继续探索完善的治疗方法。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of hypnosis on psychogenic ED.Methods A total of 28 patients with psychogenic sexual dusfunction treated in Minhang District Central Hospital of Shanghai(Minhang Hospital affiliated to Fudan University)from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.Finally,6 patients with psychogeric ED who were aceepted hypnnosis were enrolded.Through medical history combined with auxiliary examination,psychogenic ED was screened out.Surrounding the sex psychological growth development,family,social influence factors,personality traits and coping styles in facing setbacks,psychological techniques such as hypnosis were used to bypass the defense mechanisms,and connect with subconscious of the case,so that the cases could see their sexual ability,and at the same time,the inherent paranoia of the case was loosened by the positive suggestion of the hypnotist,in order to change conscious behavior and achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.Results Of the 6 cases,4 cases had satisfactory results,1 case was interrupted in hypnotherapy but ultimately came into effect,and 1 case was ineffective but the behavior pattern changed.Conclusions Hypnotic cognitive behavioral therapy has a good effect in the treatment of psychogenic ED.Cooperative knowledge,sexual psychology and authoritative implication of standardized diagnosis and treatment play an important role in restoring confidence and inducing erection of the case to complete sexual life.It is a treatment worthy of further exploration and improvement.
