多平面截切圆柱体的三面投影作图方法探讨

摘  要:工程制图作为一门重要的专业技术基础课,旨在培养学生的空间思维和读图、绘图的能力。结合工程制图的教学实践,指出了求圆柱截切体投影的关键是求其截交线的投影;明确了圆柱截交线的类型与投影方法;以多平面截切圆柱体产生的圆柱截切体为例,通过逐个分析截平面、截交线的空间性质,化解作图中的难点,详细说明了其三面投影的作图方法与步骤。Engineering drawing is an important professional technical basic course,which aims to cultivate students'spatial thinking and the ability of reading and drawing.Combined with the teaching practice of engineering drawing,the article points out that the key to finding the projection of the cylindrical truncated body is the projection of its truncated line;the type and projection method of the cylindrical truncated line are clarified;the cylindrical truncated by cutting the cylinder with multiple planes is an example.By analyzing the spatial properties of the cross-section plane and the cross-section line one by one,the difficulty in drawing is resolved,and the drawing method and steps of its three-sided projection are explained in detail.
