摘 要:为了筛选适合内蒙古巴彦淖尔市的肉羊最优杂交组合模式,以巴彦淖尔市存栏量较大的蒙寒羊(Mh)为母本,以杜泊羊(Dorper)、东弗里生羊(Eastfrierian)和萨福克羊(Suffolk)为父本,进行二元杂交,每个组合60只母羊,测定每组的产羔数及后代羔羊的生长性能,每个组合抽取10只6月龄羔羊测定其产肉性能和羊肉品质。结果显示:东×蒙寒(EMh)杂交组合产羔率较高,F 1代羔羊断奶前日增量、3-6月龄平均日增量、断奶体质量、6月龄体质量及屠宰后胴体质量均显著高于杜蒙寒(DMh)和萨蒙寒(SMh),极显著高于对照组蒙寒(Mh);屠宰率东蒙寒(EMh)较高,各组之间差异不显著;3个杂交试验组的背脂厚度和肋肉厚(GR)显著小于对照组,尾质量极显著小于对照组,眼肌面积显著大于对照组,3个试验组之间差异不显著。东蒙寒(EMh)羔羊肉中的粗蛋白含量、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量均显著高于对照组,脂肪含量和饱和脂肪酸含量显著低于对照组;P∶S和n-6∶n-3比例合理。可见,蒙寒羊与杜泊羊、东弗里生羊和萨福克羊杂交后F 1代羔羊的生长性能、产肉性能和羊肉品质都有较大改善,东×蒙寒(EMh)杂交组合优势最明显,适合在当地大规模推广。To screen out the best hybrid combination of meat sheep which is suitable in Bayannaoer city,Inner Mongolia,we took a large stockewes of Menghanbreed in Bayannaoer city as female parent,and Dorper,East Friesian and Suffolk rams as male parents to crossbreed.There were 60 ewes in each combination,the lambing number and progeny growth performance of each group were measured and analyzed.Ten 6-month-old lambs were selected from each combination and their meat production performance and quality were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the combination of East Friesian×Menghan(EMh)had the highest lambing rate and daily weight gain before weaning.The average daily weight gain from 3-6 months,weaning mass,body mass at 6 months and carcass mass after slaughter of EMh were significantly higher than those of Dorper×Menghan(DMh)and Suffolk×Menghan(SMh),and EMh dressing percentage was higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the dressing percentage of EMh among the three hybrid groups.The thickness of back fat,GR and tail mass of the three hybrid groups were significantly lower than those of the control group,the eye muscle area was significantly larger than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference among the three hybrid groups.The content of crude protein,monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the meat of EMh lambs was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the content of fat and saturated fatty acids was significantly lower than that of the control group.The ratios of P∶S(total polyunsaturated fatty acids to total saturated fatty acids)and n-6∶n-3(n-6 to n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids)were reasonable.The above results showed that the growth performance,meat production performance and mutton quality of progeny(F 1)lambs were greatly improved after the crossbreeding of Menghan sheep with Dorper,East Friesian and Suffolk sheep.The hybrid combination of EMh performed the best,and this crossbreed is suitable fo
