摘  要:立德树人是“三教”改革的根本方向,目的是培养内外兼修的高水平技术技能人才。深化校企合作与产教融合是三教改革的指引方向,目的是实现理论实践相结合,提高课程的实用性、职业性、技能性,提升人才培养教学水平。三教改革是指教师、教材和教法的改革。改革的关键是教师,教师是教学改革的主体。教材是进行课程建设与教学内容革新的基础;教法是教学改革的途径,教学模式、教学方法的优化是为了实现教师和教材的改革。“Cultivating Mortality and Training Talents”is the fundamental direction of the reform of"three educations",and the purpose is to cultivate high-level technology and technical talents who are cultivated internally and externally.Deepening school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education is the guiding direction of the three education reforms.The purpose is to realize the combination of theory and practice,improve the practicality,professionalism,and skills of courses,and improve the level of talent training and teaching.The three education reforms refer to the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods.The key to reform is teachers,and teachers are the main body of teaching reform.Teaching material is the basis for curriculum construction and teaching content innovation;teaching method is the way of teaching reform,and the optimization of teaching mode and teaching method is to realize the reform of teachers and teaching materials.
