摘　　要：高职学生党建工作和学生管理工作是高职院校学生工作中两个重要部分,将两者有机融合是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的根本保证。针对高职学生党建工作与学生管理工作现状和特点分析,探索了两者有效融合新路径。Party building and student management are two important parts of higher vocational college students’work,and their organic integration is the fundamental guarantee to train qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the party building and management of higher vocational students,and explores a new way to integrate the two parts effectively.
