摘  要:针对目前列车轮对故障监测中存在精度低、实时性差的问题,设计并实现了一种基于RFID的列车轮对识别与振动监控系统。主要运用RFID物联网技术,加速度传感器技术,搭建了轮对的识别和振动信号的采集硬件平台,并结合Visual Studio 2013的.NET与Measurement Studio平台,采用C#语言编写了系统上位机应用程序,包括防冲突算法的设计、轮对的信息编码、振动信号采集程序。用户可以通过软件实时识别轮对信息并根据振动信号判定轮对状态,实现对轮对的故障监控。实验结果表明所设计系统能够准确高效地对轮对进行故障监测。Aiming at the problems of low precision,poor real-time performance of current train wheelset fault monitoring system,a RFID-based train wheelset identification and vibration monitoring system was designed.Mainly used RFID Internet of things technology,acceleration sensor technology,built the wheelset identification and vibration signal acquisition hardware platform,and combined with Visual Studio 2013’s.NET and Measurement Studio,wrote the host computer application by C# language,including the anti-collision algorithm of tag,the encoding of the wheelset,the program of vibration signal acquisition.The user can identify the wheelset information in real time through the application and determine the wheelset state according to the vibration signal to realize the fault monitoring of the wheelset.The experimental results show that the design system can monitor accurately and efficiently the faults of the wheelset.
