摘 要:目的分析动态增强MRI诊断乳腺肿瘤的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的68例女性乳腺肿瘤患者的MRI资料,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较乳腺癌与乳腺良性病变的形态学表现、强化特征及时间-信号强度曲线(TIC)类型。结果乳腺癌与乳腺良性病变的影像学表现存在显著性差异(P<0.05),乳腺癌病灶形态以分叶状或不规则为主,边缘以毛刺或不规则为主,常见毛刺,强化特征以不均匀强化为主,TIC类型以III型为主。乳腺良性病变多以圆形或类圆形为主,边缘光滑或不规则,少见毛刺,强化特征可均匀或不均匀,TIC类型以I型为主。结论动态增强MRI检查可区分乳腺良、恶性病灶,为临床诊断乳腺癌提供科学依据。Objective To analyze the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods MR images of 68-female patients with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively with the surgical and pathological results as the gold standard.The morphological features,enhancement characteristics and time-signal intensity curve(TIC)types of breast cancer and benign breast lesions were compared.Results There was a significant difference in imaging between breast cancer and benign breast lesions(P<0.05).Breast benign lesions were mostly round or quasi-round,with smooth or irregular edges,rare burrs,and even or uneven enhancement features.TIC type was mainly type I.Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can distinguish benign and malignant breast lesions and provide scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis in breast cancer.
