摘　　要：以机床立柱为研究对象,通过分析立柱的结构特点,制定出初步的铸造工艺方案,运用数值模拟软件ProCAST对初步工艺方案进行模拟,根据结果对缺陷部位产生的原因进行分析并给出优化方案.优化后的模拟结果表明,立柱主要工作部位的缺陷明显减少并且完全满足立柱的使用要求.运用模拟仿真软件ProCAST对立柱的铸造工艺进行优化,可以有效降低工厂的生产成本,而且立柱质量的改善、铸造工艺的科学性与合理性都可以得到有效的保障.Taking the machine tool column as the research object,by analyzing the structural characteristics of the column,a preliminary casting process plan was worked out.The numerical simulation software ProCAST was used to simulate the preliminary process plan,and the reasons for the defects were analyzed based on the results and an optimized plan was given.The optimized simulation results show that the defects of the main working parts of the column were significantly reduced and fully meet the requirements of the column.Using the simulation software ProCAST to optimize the casting process of the column can effectively reduce the production cost of the factory,and the improvement of the column quality,the scientificity and rationality of the casting process can be effectively guaranteed.
