摘  要:性能分析是三轴六自由度液压振动台交付使用之前必须进行的工作,主要包括:加速度波形失真度、信噪比、不均匀度和横向比,位置波形失真度等。围绕上述性能分析范畴并结合振动试验相关技术规范,给出各性能指标测试和计算方法,并对所研制的振动台进行大量实验以评估各个性能参数;研究结果表明,所研制的液压振动台满足加速度不均匀度不大于15%、信噪比大于45 dB、失真度不大于15%、横向比不大于15%和位移波形失真度不大于5%的设计预期,为研制和使用三轴六自由度振动台提供技术参考。Performance analysis is necessary before the three-axis 6-DOF hydraulic shaking table is put into use,mainly includes:acceleration waveform distortion,signal-to-noise ratio,nonuniformity,lateral ratio,position waveform distortion,and so on.According to the above performance analysis categories and the relevant technical specifications for vibration test,the test and calculation methods of each performance index were given,and then a large number of experiments were carried out on the developed shaking table and each performance parameter was evaluated.The results show that the developed hydraulic vibration table meets the design expectation of acceleration nonuniformity,distortion and lateral ratio not greater than 15%,signal-to-noise ratio greater than 45 dB,and displacement waveform distortion not more than 5%.It provides technical reference for the development and use of the three-axis six degree of freedom shaking table.
