超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎患者的有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的分析超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎患者中的有效性及安全性。方法选取2018年10月至2019年9月该院口腔科收治的慢性牙周炎患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予替硝唑进行药物冲洗治疗,观察组在药物冲洗治疗基础实施超声龈下刮治。观察比较两组患者牙周功能指标(菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、探诊深度及附着丧失)、血清及牙龈沟炎性细胞因子水平、疗效、不良反应发生情况等。结果观察组患者治疗后各项牙周功能指标、血清及牙龈沟炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎患者能有效降低血清及牙龈沟炎性水平,恢复牙周功能,降低不良反应发生率,提高牙周炎治愈率。Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of ultrasound subgingival curettage combining with drug flushing in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic periodontitis who underwent treatment in our hospital of stomatology department from October 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were given tinidazole for drug flushing treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound subgingival curettage on the basis of the control group.Then the periodontal function indexes,serum and gingival sulcus inflammatory factors,treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of periodontal function indexes,serum and gingival sulcus inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the effective treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound subgingival curettage combining with drug flushing in patients with chronic periodontitis can effectively reduce serum and gingival sulcus inflammation levels,restore periodontal function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the cure rate of periodontitis.
