摘　　要：针对山东地区金针菇工厂化、规模化生产实际,以当地主栽白色金针菇品种为供试菌株,以菌丝球直径、密度及菌丝体干重为检测指标,以不同材料的碳源、氮源、维生素为影响因素,研究筛选适合本地生产的金针菇液体菌种培养基配方。结果表明:适宜金针菇栽培的最佳液体菌种培养基配方为:可溶性淀粉3%、豆奶宝0.33%、磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)0.080%、硫酸镁(MgSO4)0.075%和VB250mg/L。Aiming at the factory and large-scale production of Flammulina velutipes in Shandong area,the local main cultivated white Flammulina velutipes variety was used as test strain,the diameter,density and dry weight of mycelium were used as detection indicators,and the carbon source,nitrogen source and vitamins were as the influencing factors to screen out the formula of Flammulina velutipes liquid culture medium suitable for local production.The results showed that the best liquid culture medium formula for Flammulina velutipes was 3%of soluble starch,0.33%of soy milk treasure,0.080%of potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH 2PO 4),0.075%of magnesium sulfate(MgSO 4)and 50 mg/L VB2.
