摘 要:目的:探索护理文书书写微课培训系统在临床护士在职培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3-12月内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、ICU及CCU等科室临床责任护士80名,随机分为两组,各40名。对照组给予常规集中授课培训教育模式进行管理;试验组给予微课培训系统学习培训。比较两组培训效果。结果:试验组培训后护理文书书写实践技能评分及理论知识评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对培训教学效果的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课培训系统应用于临床护理文书培训教学,能有效解决培训教学中存在的问题,提高培训教学效果及临床护理文书书写质量。Objective:To explore the application method and effect of nursing document writing micro-course training system in clinical nurses'on-the-job training.Methods:From March to December 2018,80 clinical nurses from internal medicine department,surgery department,obstetrics department,paediatrics department,ICU department and CCU department were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was managed by conventional centralized teaching and training education mode and the experimental group was enrolled in micro-course training system for learning and training.The training effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After training,the scores of practical skills and theoretical knowledge of nursing document writing in the experimental group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the training teaching effect in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of micro course training system in clinical nursing document training teaching can effectively solve the problems existing in training teaching,it can improve the effect of training teaching and improve the quality of clinical nursing document writing.
