地牡宁神口服液联合硫必利治疗儿童多发性抽动障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地牡宁神口服液联合盐酸硫必利治疗儿童多发性抽动障碍的疗效和安全性方法选取2016年6月至2019年1月多发性抽动障碍儿童90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组给予地牡宁神口服液联合盐酸硫必利口服,对照组给予盐酸硫必利治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后4周、8周耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分及临床疗效,同时比较两组不良反应和安全性。结果治疗后4周、8周观察组YGTSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周末观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现药物不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论地牡宁神口服液联合硫必利治疗儿童多发性抽动障碍有较好的临床效果和安全性,能显著改善患者的临床症状。Objective To observe the cinical effect and safety of the combination of Dimu Ningshen Koufuye with tiapride hydrochloride in the children with complex tic disorders.Methods 90 cases of the children with complex tic disorders in our hospital from lune 2016 to lanuary 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,45 cases in each group.the experimental group were administered with application of Dinu Ninghen Koufuye combined with tiapride hydrochloride,the control group were treated with routine tiapride hydrochloride.At 4 weeks and 8 wecks after treatment,Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)score and climical effect were evaluated between two group,adverse effect and safety between two group were also compared.Results YGTSS score in the experimental group were below than the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups at 4 wecks and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week,the total effective rate in the experimental was higher than the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(Pc0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was below than the control group,there was a differences between two groups(Pc0.05).Conclusion The combination of Dimu Ninshen Koufive combined with tiapride hvdrochloride has clear curative effect and safety in the treatment for the children with complex tic disorders,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with complex tic disorders.
