阿戈美拉汀与艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症疗效及生活质量比较

摘　　要：目的比较阿戈美拉汀与艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症患者的疗效及生活质量。方法将108例首发抑郁症患者分为观察组(68例)和对照组(40例)。观察组予阿戈美拉汀治疗,对照组予艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察期为8周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定疗效及生活质量情况。结果第4周末观察组HAMA、PSQI评分下降较明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HAMD低动力因子分、HAMD、SF-36总分两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第8周末观察组HAMD低动力因子分、HAMD、SF-36总分改善优于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后,组内各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿戈美拉汀治疗首发抑郁症患者在改善焦虑维状、早期改善睡眠症状及生活质量评价方面优于艾司西酞普兰,总体疗效与艾司西酞普兰相当。Objective To explore eficacy and life quality of agonelarine and escitalopram in treating paients with frst-episode desion.Methods 108 patients with first--episode depression were divided into the experimental group(68 cases)and control group(40 cases)。Patients in the experimental group were administered with agomeltine,while those in the control group were administered with escitalopram,with 8-week observation for every patient.Hamiton's Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamiton's Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Short Form(36)Health Survey(SF-36)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were adopted to evaluate the eficacy and life quality.Results Both mean scores of HAMA and PSQI in the experimental group were staistically lower than those in control group at the 4th weekend(P<0.05).Scores of HAMD,dynamic factor and SF--36 in the experimental group showed more improvements than those in control group at the 8th weekend(P<0.05).Mean scores of HAMA,HAMD,dynamic factor,SF-36 and PSQI showed signifiant improvements after treatment both in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Agomelatine and escitlopram has equivalent eficacy in treating patients with fist-episode depression.However,agomelatine has advantages when improving anxiety,sleep and life quality at early stage.
