阿立哌唑联合认知行为治疗残留型精神分裂症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑联合认知行为治疗对残留型精神分裂症的疗效:方法2019年1月至12月符合ICD-10残留型精神分裂症诊断标准的患者86例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各43例;观察组给予阿立哌唑联合认知行为治疗,对照组仅给予阿立哌唑治疗;治疗观察6个月后比较两组治疗前后的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、认知功能(MCCB)、社会功能(PSP)量表评分等结果观察组治疗后PANSS量表总分明显较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PANSS量表阳性症状、阴性症状、病理状态评分均较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组治疗后MCCB量表表达流畅、情绪管理、语言记忆、视觉记忆、持续操作等评分较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组治疗后PSP量表评分较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法联合阿立哌唑治疗残留型精神分裂症在PANSS、MCCB、PSP量表评分均优于单用阿立哌唑.Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral ther«ipy com bined with aripiprazole on residual schizophrenia.Methods A total of 86 patients with ICD—10 residual schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 patients in each group.The study group was given aripiprazole combined with cognitive behavioral therapy,while the control group was given aripiprazole alone.After 6 months of treatment observation,PANSS,MCCB and PSP scales were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total score of PAN SS scale in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,positive symptoms,negative symptoms and pathological status score o f PANSS scale in the study group were significantly improved compared with the control g rou p,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MCCB scale expression,emotional management,language m em ory,visu.il m emory,continuous operation and other scores o f the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group,with sutisdcally significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSP scale score of the study group w«is significantly improved compared with the control group,and the ditTerence was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion CBT combined with aripiprazole has better scores on PANSS,MCCB and PSP scales in treating residual schizophrenia than aripiprazole alone.
