摘  要:作为中国历史上第一个创立的佛教宗派,天台宗在寺院管理上有其可圈可点之处。首先,住持、两序与清众构成了台宗寺院的基本人事架构,三者各有分司,共住共修。其次,台宗寺院始终奉行任人唯贤的人事任免原则,通过议举、敦请、锁试等制度奖掖提拔有识之士。最后,寺院在管理上充分认可与保障人的信仰、情感等需要,在刚性制度的推行中不乏脉脉温情,极具人文情怀。As the first Buddhist sect founded in Chinese history,Tiantai Sect has its merits in temple management.First of all,the abbot,Liangxu and Qingzhong constitute the basic personnel structure of Taizong temple,and each of them has its own responsibilities,lives together and practices Buddhism together.Secondly,Taizong temple always adheres to the principle of appointing people on their merits.It rewards and promotes enlightened people through the system of recommendation,invitation and test.Finally,the temple fully recognizes and protects people s belief,emotion and other needs in the management.In the implementation of the rigid system,there is no lack of warmth and humanistic feelings.
