摘　　要：骨形态生成蛋白(BMPs)是转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)家族的重要成员,广泛存在于人体多种组织和细胞内,并参与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移。由于其功能的多样性,BMPs已成为肿瘤靶向治疗研究的热点。本文根据目前对BMPs生物学特性、BMPs与各肿瘤的关系、BMPs与肿瘤的治疗及预后的研究进行综述。Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs)are important members of the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)family,which widely exist in a variety of human tissues and cells,and participate in the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumors.Because of the diversity of its functions,BMPs have become the focus of tumor targeted therapy research.Based on the current research,this article reviews the biological characteristics of BMPs,the relationship between BMPs and tumors,the treatment and prognosis of BMPs and tumors.
